Depending on the number of invoices you send, we recommend choosing one of the following options:
1. For suppliers submitting just a few invoices, we recommend manually entering them via the Web interface.

2. Sending PDF invoices via Tradeshift.
With this option, you can send PDF invoices to your client by means of electronic recognition of your PDF file and semi-automatic conversion of your file to Tradeshift’s native format. To learn more about this method, please click here.
3. Integrated solutions for suppliers submitting a large number of invoices.
If you have a large number of invoices to submit, we recommend integrating your accounting software with the Tradeshift platform.
